AUTOMATIC CHICKEN COOP DOOR OPENER

Every morning my wife could hear the chickens making a noise as they wanted to get out of their coop... and every night we would have t shut them up no matter what the weather was doing. Not anymore. I haven't tried the light sensor operation at this time. I adjust the times at the weekend for the week ahead according to the sunrise and sunset times.

I bought the extension kit with the all in one solar. It’s a very useful addition as means you can have the control panel at an easily accessible location. Got it so when needed we can easily override the sensor to close or open the doors. Very easy to use both my children 5 & 9 can work it.

Got the chicken guard all in one with solar panel and extension kit as we are away on holiday soon and we wanted to make chicken care as easy as possible for our friends taking care of the chickens. It’s been in place for over a week and after the initial uncertainty of the door opening and closing noise the chickens are now used to it and we’re enjoying the reduced worry about making sure the chickens are in before the foxes come about in the evenings. Really useful product that works well. The extension kit makes it much easier as you can have the keypad in an easily accessible height. Highly recommend.

This is the second door I have had. My old one lasted about 15 years.

Our first German-made automatic door opener worked okay but after many years(15?) the weather and corrosion got the better of it.
Cheap Chinese replacement worked for a month or two but then became totally erratic and of no use to anyone.
Decided to spend the extra on Chickenguard due to consistent good reviews and uk support; basically seeking reliability.
Product feels like it has a solidly made case of quality plastic and appears to be well sealed against the weather.
Easily fixed in place and set up procedure followed - two weeks later it is doing exactly what it should; opens in the morning, closes at night!

This is the second door opener I have purchased. Excellent product and excellent quality. I required it rapidly as I was due in hospital, it came within 36 hrs of a weekend order.

Great customer service when my old model went wrong. Needed a replacement. Very easy to swap them over and commision. Chickens happy.

Replaced our old door closet which had seen better days after 13years hard graft. Chickenguard is step on, and was very easy to install, software very intuitive.

I don’t need to worry about being there at night or first thing in the morning to lock in or let out my hens.
